Welcome to OPTIMAL FITNESS TRAINING!
I specialize in personal training where each workout is customized to meet your needs and goals.
The main benefit of personal training is that it is always uniquely tailored to suit your current condition,
as well as what you want to achieve.
Over the last 15 years I worked with numerous clients from all walks of life, who had wide variety of fitness goals.
My clients usually see tangible results within 6-weeks regardless of what their current condition is, and most of
them choose to work with me long term (6+ months).

How to start?
STEP 1 - FREE CONSULTATION
First we schedule a free 30-minute consultation session, so I can learn more about you and your fitness goals. This is done remotely via phone or video call.
STEP 2 - COME IN FOR A FREE ASSESSMENT SESSION
We will meet at the gym (University of Tartu Sports Center) for the first session, to go over a Personal Training Questionairre, where you answer some questions in regards to your background, current health, fitness condition and future goals. This is followed by an assessment session, where we test your current fitness level.
STEP 3 - WE START YOUR FREE TRAINING
In the first week we will meet two more times, so you can get an experience of personal training, and decide if this is something you would like to continue with. These two sessions are also free of charge or any obligation.
STEP 4 - CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PLAN
After the first week you will have a good idea of the structure and benefits of personal training, and if you wish to continue I will make a customized workout plan that suits your needs and goals.
STEP 5 - WE GO ALL-IN
As we start to workout we will maximize our time together and push you to the safe limits of your capabilities. In the process you will also learn a lot about exercising, nutrition, and what you are capable of!

BATO KRAGULJAC - Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Specialist
I was born and raised in Eastern Europe and started my fitness journey half way through the high-school, at the age of 16, at which point I was already actively playing basketball for 6 years. After University studies I started training others, first in bodybuilding and physique areas, and later on in nutrition, weight loss, fitness training and athletic performance.
I lived and worked mostly in United States, where I was Certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I have been studying fitness, nutrition, body-building and also myself actively training for over 20 years now. I worked with numerous people from all walks of life, with variety of backgrounds, capabilities and goals and delivered thousands of training and coaching sessions, as well as diet plans with fast, safe and measurable results. Currently I reside in Tartu, Estonia and train clients at University of Tartu Sports Center.

SERVICES
Personal Training
is an in-person physical fitness training, in a format of 1-hour sessions at a regular schedule, usually over a 4-week period at a time.
During Personal Training you receive a customized workout plan and guided step-by-step instructions through each workout, as well as any support that you might need.
Personal Coaching
adds another element to the Personal Training.
During the training sessions I will both train you and teach you how to exercise on your own. After some time, when you feel like you have learned enough, you may choose to continue to workout on your own, because coaching gives you tools and knowledge necessary to create your own workout plans.
Nutritional Consultation
as we do our sessions you will also receive all that you need to know about nutritional and lifestyle changes needed for your particular fitness goals. After some time you will be ready to make your own diet plan and implement it into your current lifestyle., and if you need any support with it I will be available via email and Whatsap.
How do sessions look like?
Sessions are one-hour long and we will always work to maximize our time together.
Each session includes a combination of strength, endurance and power training, flexibility, mobility, balance, and postural alignment if needed.
Each session starts with a warm up, proceeds with a workout and ends with stretching and cool-down.
In between we work hard, rest little, and talk about exercise, nutrition and what you can do to maximize your progress.
All sessions are held at the Tartu University Sports Center and their full gym equipment is used as necessary.

What is included in the pricing?
One hour training sessions takes on average two hours of time,
since they includes commute to and from the gym, preparation
of the custom training program and one hour of personal training.
The price also includes 24% tax and monthly fee paid for the use
of the gym space.
